Does resin yellow over time?

Resin can yellow with prolonged exposure to UV light and direct sunlight. This is a natural characteristic of epoxy resin. To slow discoloration, keep your piece out of direct sunlight and away from windows when not in use or on display.

How does sunlight and UV exposure affect my resin piece?

Direct sunlight and UV rays are the primary causes of yellowing and potential surface degradation in resin. We recommend displaying or storing your piece in a shaded area or indoors away from direct sun. Occasional indirect light is generally fine.

How do I clean my resin piece?

Wipe your resin piece with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, scrubbing pads, or acetone-based products, as these can scratch or cloud the surface. Do not submerge resin pieces in water for extended periods.

Why does my resin piece look slightly different in color from what I saw online?

Color variation is normal and expected with handmade resin pieces. Factors such as screen settings, photography lighting, dye lot differences, and the handcrafted nature of each piece mean your item may vary slightly from product photos. Each piece is unique — that's part of what makes it special!
